Refund policy
7-Day Return Window
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, labels, and inserts
- Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse
Returns requested after the 7-day return period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for products that:
- Have been used
- Are damaged due to customer handling
- Have been altered or modified
- Are missing original packaging, labels, or accessories
- Were returned without prior authorization
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at support@relavelbags.com within 7 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos if applicable
- Our customer support team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking number.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a verified product defect or shipping error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
We do not accept returns sent using Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) services.
Restocking Fee
To cover inspection, handling, processing, and repackaging costs, approved non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the original purchase price.
Any applicable fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Quality-Related Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Supporting photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required for review.
Upon verification, we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- Replacement product
- Replacement accessories or components
- Compensation products
- Store discount code
Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order immediately upon receipt.
Claims regarding missing items, shipping damage, incorrect products, or defects should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Package Opening & Product Protection
Please open your package carefully and avoid using sharp objects that may cut through the outer packaging and damage the product inside.
All products are inspected before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide compensation, replacements, or refunds for damage caused during the unpacking process, including accidental cuts, punctures, or improper handling after delivery.
Returned Packages
If a shipment is returned due to:
- An incorrect address provided by the customer
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to pay applicable customs fees
- Failure to collect the package
Any return shipping, customs, handling, and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

Return addresses may vary depending on the product, destination country, and warehouse location.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union(Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@relavelbags.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
We will confirm receipt of your request and provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To process your return request, please email us at support@relavelbags.com with photos of the item and your return tracking number before shipping the item back.
Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Items that have been used, damaged, or show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may not be eligible for a full refund, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
This right applies to EU customers only. All other customers are subject to our standard 7-day return policy.
