USA on each order with a free shipping service.

CAN, AUS,  Europe on orders will be charged a $9-$90 shipping fee according to the product's weight.

Ukraine, New Zealand, Brazil, Israel, Norway, Russia, Saudi Arabia on orders will be charged a $20-$100 shipping fee according to the product's weight.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday during working hours.

Standard shipping times differ by destination:

—CAN, AUS,U.K. ,Europe according to local warehouse inventory

    Out of stock: within 30-60 business days;

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be updated throughout its journey. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

All orders will be shipped using USPS, DHL, UPS, Epacket, etc.

Tip: The store defaults to the US inventory, and for other countries, the local warehouse shall prevail. When placing an order, free shipping means the local stock is available.

- Sadly, we are unable to change an order once it has been placed due to our current systems. Please double check that the sizes and colors are correct when placing an order.

- We are unable to change the address to a different country. Orders with incorrect addresses will be canceled if they are unable to be shipped.

The order system automatically ships the product. The time for carriers in different places to update the tracking number is different. Please wait patiently for your order. The tracking number will be automatically sent by email after the tracking number is updated.

- Please ensure that you have written your name,phone number,email,shipping and billing address correctly as we are unable to update these details.

- If the tracking number of the package shows that it has been delivered. The customer claims that they did not receive the package. Please do not worry. This is usually because the carrier is delayed, or the package needs to be picked up by the customer at a collection point, usually a local post office. Since the order has been shipped, please contact the carrier to obtain the package. We will check the carrier and tracking number, contact information, etc. for you.

- If the package is returned because of the wrong address or Rejected by the recipient, the second shipping charge is borne by the customer.In this case, if the product is no longer needed after the return, we will charge 30% of the order amount as an order service fee, and the remaining 70% will be refunded.
