1. Are you shipping worldwide?

Yes, but we are currently in the US market. US, Japan, South Korea customers can enjoy free postage purchases. Other countries may need to pay their own postage.

2. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Please note that due to the large volume of orders, we need 3-5 business days to process all orders. Once the order has been sent, an email with tracking information will be sent to you by email.
Based on your shipping address and local stock quantity, the table below will provide you with an estimated delivery time based on your shipping time.

Tip: The store defaults to the US inventory, and for other countries, the local warehouse shall prevail. When placing an order, free shipping means the local stock is available.

 In stock: within 5-10 business days;

 Out of stock: within 30-60 business days;

Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the custom restrictions of the destination country (we hope this will not happen). For some countries, the delivery time may be longer than our standard delivery time frame.

Delivery time is only an estimate. Delays of a few days may occur due to holidays, severe weather, traffic and customs issues, port strikes, or regional conflicts causing detours. In these situations, We cannot guarantee delivery on time; delays of a few days are possible. Please refer to your local carrier's delivery time. We will deliver your order as quickly as possible. 

Generally, we have local warehouses in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and the EU, allowing customers to receive their packages faster. For other countries and regions, we use international warehouses for shipping to ensure your order is not delayed.
